What shipping service do we use?
Canada Post is our main shipping provider and we ship standard shipping, additional shipping services are available upon request of the customer subject to any additional costs

We are located in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.
How long will it take to get my item once it’s been paid for?
After receiving payment the estimated delivery within Canada & the USA is anywhere between 7-14 business days . International shipments will generally take longer and time estimates would vary depending on the destination. It’s important to keep in mind that we can’t control how long the postal service takes to deliver your item once it’s in there possession. We try our best to get each item out to its destination as promptly as possible
Do we ship Worldwide?
We ship to most locations around the world, however their are a number of countries that we can no longer ship to due to problems with their postal services.
Which countries won’t we ship to?
We no longer ship to the following countries, Russian Federation, Albania, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Greece, Italy, Moldova, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovenia, Spain, Ukraine
Will we combine shipping when multiple purchases are made?
Yes we will be happy to combine items in one package to save you money whenever possible.
How much will it cost to ship my item?
Shipping and handling charges will vary depending on a number of factors. These include the destination & the size and weight of the package. We will try and list the S/H charges in the item description whenever possible. If S/H charges are not listed, please email us and let us know your address and we will work with you to get you a shipping/handling quote
How do I pay for my item?
Once you have completed shopping, please contact us through email with your order. We process your order and send you a return email with your invoice. You will then be instructed to pay us through paypal by clicking on the paypal link
Is local pickup/exchange possible?
Yes local pickup/exchange is possible. Items can be paid through paypal before pickup/exchange or by paying in person with cash or certified money order.
Do I have to pay tax on my purchase?
Yes for each purchase customers are subject to applicable PST & GST, these charges are already included in the price of the item.
What is the return policy?
We do not accept returns
